STEM·E Youth Career Development Program

Interned at STEM·E, a non-profit organization that provides virtual and in-person STEM education to kids and teens, through their volunteer internship program for students.

Website Team Lead (2022 - 2024)

In charge of updating the STEM·E website for the monthly magazine and training new Website Managers by teaching them how to navigate and utilize website tools, such as Wix and Google Ads.

Programming Team Lead (2022 - 2023)

Designed and developed an educational game designed to teach finance, engineering, physics, and mathematics through car racing.

Data Analytics Team Lead (2022 - 2023)

Analyzed, interpreted, and presented data from the STEM·E website and social media accounts.

Kode With Klossy

Selected to participate in KWK camps, free 2-week coding-intensive virtual summer programs for students of traditionally underrepresented genders in STEM fields.

Data Science (2024)

Learned the fundamentals of Python and data visualization tools. Worked in a team of 3 to develop EduStats, a website containing insightful statistics about education systems in countries around the world.

App Development (2023)

Learned the fundamentals of Swift and SwiftUI. Worked in a team of 3 to develop iBudget, a mobile app designed to help teenagers acquire positive financial habits.

Web Development (2022)

Learned the fundamentals of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Worked in a team of 3 to develop iGEN, a website that helps children and seniors learn computer literacy.

Musical Journey

Youth Orchestra of Los Angeles (2025)

Invited to participate in the YOLA National Festival, an all-expenses-paid summer orchestra program founded by the Los Angeles Philharmonic. Performed as a violist with a symphony orchestra directed by Gustavo Dudamel at Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles.

Honors Performance Series (2025)

Received a full scholarship to participate in HPS, an orchestra program organized by WorldStrides. Performed as a violist with a symphony orchestra directed by Mark Scatterday at Carnegie Hall's Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage in New York City.

CRHS Varsity Orchestra (2024 - Present)

Placed in the Cinco Ranch High School Varsity Orchestra as a sophomore. Invited to perform as a string orchestra at the 2025 Midwest Clinic, the world's largest instrumental music conference.

El Sistema Texas (2023 - Present)

Performing as the first chair violist in the Youth Chamber Orchestra of El Sistema Texas, a nonprofit dedicated to providing accessible music education inspired by Venezuela's El Sistema. Conducting rehearsals and sectionals of the Preparatory Overture Orchestra as a Volunteer Teaching Artist.

Extracurriculars

Technology Student Association (2023 - Present)

Competing in STEAM-related events, such as Coding, Software Development, Video Game Design, and Webmaster. Advanced to the 2025 National Conference in the Future Technology & Engineering Teacher event and placed as a Finalist in 8th place.

Girls Who Code (2022 - Present)

Serving as the Club Facilitator for Cinco Ranch High School and Cinco Ranch Junior High. Teaching computer science concepts, such as website and game development, to junior high girls as the Co-President.
